Super Nintendo Throwback

Remember Friday nights..? Going to the video store, ordering some pizzas and playing video games? Take turns all night on games like Super Mario World or fight each other in games like Street Fighter 2 and - over the topt brutal - Mortal Kombat? I wanted to pick up on that mood and created this little Super Nintendo Throwback scene.

Released in North America at the dawn of the 1990s, Nintendo's Super Nintendo Entertainment System is one of the most popular video game consoles of all time. Anyone who grew up during that time definitely remembers sprinting to someone's house to play some videogames with their friends. Here are a couple of still images from a private project I've been working on whenever I find time.
